Please join us for the 13th annual Caleb Thompson Memorial Golf Tournament on Monday, June 25, 2018, at Five Oaks Golf & Country Club in Lebanon, TN.
The tournament honors Caleb Thompson, who in 2004 at 18-months old, lost a hard-fought battle with AVSD, a heart defect common in children with Down syndrome. About Caleb Thompson
This tournament has grown year after year, and we are striving to be the premiere charity golf event in Wilson County.
All players will receive golf at exclusive Five Oaks Golf & Country Club, range balls, executive goodie bag, entries for door prizes, beverages on the course, breakfast and lunch, contests during play, exciting fun on the course and prizes following play, including the always fun Air Cannon Contest!
What the Tournament Funds Support and Why We Need Your Help
Funds raised at this tournament support critical programming at DSAMT, especially our Sunshine Program, which provides support to families who are in the hospital. We deliver meals, Sunshine bags filled with goodies and visit these families to help bring some comfort during this difficult time. Approximately one-half of babies born with Down syndrome will have a heart defect, so this outreach is very important.
We encourage everyone to help by referring sponsorships and/or fundraising and asking friends, family and colleagues to make a gift to help enhance the lives of those with Down syndrome.
